I use an EF 75-300mm canon lens. It works fairly well for the price ($150). It tends to be soft from 200mm to 300mm but it works great fro wildlife shots and the like.
That GREATLY depends on your price range. Since I don’t know that, I would reccomend going to this site and looking at the reviews:
