Canon Xsi Rebel Is An Incredible Camera

Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

This camera has capabilities I did not know I needed. A favorite feature is the sudden release of multiple timer. You can program the device to take up to 10 consecutive shots after the countdown 10. This is an ideal characteristic for portraits of family, where I am and usually run to the car five or six times to release the shutter. The picture quality is great. Even when zoomed in, where everything is fresh and beautiful. Navigation nearly everything is a breeze, although in some menus, it only allows for vertical navigation, even when there are rows and columns, which is frustrating. The biggest annoyance I have with this camera is that after you take a photo or a series of photos, excerpts from the latest camera image taken on the screen very impressive. However, the firmware is not in full Playback mode. In other words, if you press left or right during the test period, resulting in a fall down instead of other pictures that you took. I wish I had the opportunity to do so only in full play mode, however, but is not an option in the firmware allows. I think it is rare that I’d be changing my settings set up for the next shot, instead of checking the work I have done. The compensation and the image is a simple matter of depressing the shutter button halfway, then my question is, why not an option available to enable automatic reading after image capture? I may be alone on this subject, but I think at least should be a choice. This is my only real pain, though. E ‘intuitive, user friendly and has lots of little touches that make a much better reaction. On-screen info is valuable for the manual. In fact is very easy to get good shots quickly using the manual. Overall, I like this camera.

Canon Rebel XSi – First Great DSLR

Quick delivery, well packed and I was lucky to get a price that I have not seen anywhere else (save $ 200!). The Canon Rebel XSi (450D) is everything that supposes a great intro and a solid DSLR image quality for the price function with image stabilization. The only thing which, curiously, is that the body does not come with a rubber eyecup (the soft layer that covers the viewfinder to your eye) and I’m not positive if it was assumed that it should be in the package or not, but probably lacked. Beyond that, I decided some time on this specific camera and got in a hurry, so for me, everything is perfect.

Canon Rebel XSi – wonderful room for Junior Photographer

I bought this unit because I needed a new camera and I wanted to have the flexibility and versatility of a DSLR. I am not an expert in photography but this camera is great for what I need and want. I got quality snapshots of people, animals and nature and the machine worked perfectly. Of course, it is not as “easy” as a point and shoot camera to ensure at least read some suggestions from professional photographers and nothing else online before considering a digital SLR. What most will tell you that “electronics are not the photos, so a unit cost does not necessarily automatically produces a larger image. However, I am very satisfied with this camera and I recommend it to anyone who wants to venture into the world of digital SLR photography.

Canon Xsi Rebel – Almost Perfect

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

a very short review because I do not speak English: this device is almost perfect for a non-professional users (like me) and deserves a better lens quality, you must purchase separately, of course. The only strange behavior I have encountered is that sometimes require a reboot “, but speaking with an electronic device, not surprisingly, so you can change all settings in manual mode complete with an eye to the viewfinder.

Rebel XSi – Great Intro SLR

I went to a “point-and-shoot SLR this about a year and a half and could not be happier. I am in photography after buying this camera. I usually keep at home if you go someplace easily shed or fall (eg, bars, etc.), but for special events and photo ops it’s wonderful. It takes some “getting used to his size, if you’re level from a point-and-shoot digital SLR cameras for the first time, but it is the touch! “When I bought the Canon Rebel XTi, I was deciding between this and a Nikon equivalent . After playing with both, I went with the Canon – Button are better places and features you get for the value was better, in my opinion. It can not be wrong!

XSi Rebel – Camera Good, Software Bad

My wife has used a Canon SLR for a number of years, then a Canon EOS was the logical choice when buying a digital camera because it uses the same lens. The camera takes excellent photos and it works similarly to the film model, but better in many respects. I rated five stars, but. . . So far, it was impossible to transfer images from camera to computer. We managed to transfer some, but that’s all. Other images simply do not transfer. The software does not recognize, and refuses to connect the camera. Even after reloading the software and try on another computer. The helpline Canon has been absolutely no help! NOBODY! They insist that this must be a problem of “computer” as “nobody else has ever had this problem.” Therefore, we must take the memory card to store kiosk developer, and transfer files there, which requires two trips. The camera is great and did everything he wanted, but the software and the Canon help desk are useless!

Comparison of Canon Rebel T1i and Rebel XSi

Saturday, March 6th, 2010

With the recent announcement of the Canon Digital Rebel T1i appropriate to hand in April 2009, many potential buyers of digital SLR expressions that are recalcitrant to decide between the coast and cameras T1i Rebel Rebel XSI. T1i categorically packs more punch, but it’s worth, then the question is: “Is it worth it?”. Before highlighting the key differences, we will take a look at the similarities. Both devices are committing exactly the same size and the two engage in roadside 3 of the LCD. Order Status Canon Autofocus 9 and 35 zone evaluative metering, more orders remains unchanged. The big advantage for EOS Integrated Cleaning and Dust Delete Data collection has been implemented in more than two cameras. Highlight Tone Priority mode is very useful in both cameras, but implemented slightly differently on T1i – remained essentially the same. Both devices come with the kit lens itself, the Canon EF-S 18-55mm F / 3. 5-5. 6 IS and as usual, both devices are fully compatible with Canon EF and EF-S range. The most obvious difference between the coast and T1i XSi is the APS-C CMOS sensor with the objective of upgrading was 12. 2 megapixel XSi 15. 1 megapixel T1i. Personally, I am not a hunter megapixels and is not a piece of opportunity to decide for myself, but for the purpose of it is, unfortunately, please could you repeat that? The company is aware of the device without restrictions and you sell. The T1i boasts with its new DIGIC 4 processor CPU which is much faster than is the predecessor DIGIC III, which is in XSI. The central processing unit unlocks Could you repeat? It is without doubt the most exciting of all the quality T1i – Full HD recording on tape. This quality does not improve the versatility that T1i XSi with a margin thick, and very quickly starts well above the high-quality video on the floor of babies and children’s birthday parties all over the Internet better. Although not a replacement for a band used to correct the camera again, this quality at least reduces the number of times, what time is an SLR camera and a tape must be dragged. Another advantage of DIGIC 4 CPU is the talent T1i zoom up to 170 large JPEG images continuously, compared to 53 of XSI. Photographers shooting sports, the soccer parents or their children will unequivocally increase the value of this quality. Although LCDs are the same size, the oath of the screen 920 000 pixels T1i is much better than the oath of 230 000 pixels and LCD XSI. This improves the readability of menu with a reduction of more than ideal conditions and improves the parade of the image point of view and to live accordingly. This is very advantageous to use for photographers who are now and then vaguely disappointed Otherwise, the images are focused in providing top. The range of ISO on the XSI has been increased from 100-1600 to 100-3200, expandable to 12,800. This quality, fresh with improved noise reduction T1i opens the possibility of recovery used for the photographer to start would be lost with the XSI. Together, these skins allow the photographer to zoom in on the darker side. The T1i sells used for about $ 799 (body only) or $ 899 (with kit Lens), compared to $ 580 and $ 699 used for the XSI. Are new skin T1i $ 200 more? Looking up each other improvements so short, I can not say for participation is a unique quality to justify consuming more, but all the cool skin and works for the gift bazaar eating a well balanced DSLR education in order to be versatile and cool to use, but on the same stage all the skin is vital to provide the user a wide range of creative options. If I catch my DSLR fundamental and at the same time, I’d probably go for T1i use.

What is the best SD Memory Card for a Canon Rebel XSi?

Wednesday, February 24th, 2010

132380807 ea7c523e18 m What is the best SD Memory Card for a Canon Rebel XSi?
I’m upgrading from a Canon Rebel, which uses Compact Flash. It is a break since I’m like the cards of 16 GB of memory for him, so I am forced to buy SD cards. I read somewhere that the XSi can take up to 4 GB of memory cards – is not it? And although I’m not going to step 3. 5fps all the time, sometimes I’ll be really important for weddings and shoots. Therefore, I am looking for writing speed and the maximum capacity available. I shoot mainly JPEG.Grazie!
