I select my jersey and then hit F7. The problem is, however, that the system keys particles do not arrive, everything shows the deformation fields and particles, soft bodies, a collision of soft bodies, and stimulation fluids. I have the version of Blender 2. 45, please help.

I’m not sure, but in my version I have Object, Physics, and Particle tabs at the top of the buttons window.
To access the particle system you should click on the particle tab.
