Ive downloadable forms for my photoshop, but am not sure how they are used. Help please.

try use import them under the libraries of brushes or symbol or graphics.
Look also in the shape tool box where they should appear click and hold on the shape tool
If they are brushes, make sure you extract them to that file (C drive>program files>adobe>photoshop>presets>brushes>photoshop only) and then in photoshop, when you go to select your brush type, there’s a little arrow. Click that and click ‘load brushes’ and select the brushes you just downloaded.
