When I GIMP graphics and save, then upload to Photobucket, slightly blurred and distorted. When I registered on the painting, the same thing happens. Whereas if you use a computer that has Photoshop on it to save the graphic in Photoshop and upload them to photobucket seems fantastic. What can I do other than buying Photoshop for my images have the same quality? I ALWAYS save as. PNG.

I’m not 100% sure if this will work, it does for me, especially when making sprites. What kind of graphics are you making? But anyway, when saving in paint, do not save Jpeg. Save as PNG. My pictures retain their quality when I save them as a PNG file. If that doesn’t work, let me know. I’ll get you a concrete solution.
